Use these checks to narrow down common conversion, sign-in, and payment questions.
Trial or licence check
The app must reach the licensing service when it starts. Check your internet connection, system clock, and whether you are using the same computer where the licence was activated.
Google sign-in
Complete sign-in in the browser window opened by the app, then return to the desktop converter. The verified account is linked to one device.
Payment pending
Finish the ToyyibPay checkout, then use the app's payment check action. Keep the bill code and payment reference if activation is delayed.
