HELP CENTRE

Answers before you convert.

Learn what the converter reads, what the online trial sends, and how annual activation works.

Files and conversion

Which files can I use?

The desktop app accepts ArcGIS Pro .aprx projects and .lyrx layer files. It exports saved style definitions to SLD files for compatible GeoServer use.

Will every style look exactly the same?

Not always. GIS renderers and map servers can express styling differently. Check conversion warnings, then compare the generated SLD in your GeoServer and map client before relying on it.

Do I need ArcGIS Pro installed?

The converter reads the saved project or layer file directly; the conversion workflow does not require ArcGIS Pro to be open. Keep the original project and any referenced resources available on your computer.

Does the converter upload my entire project?

The paid conversion runs locally on your computer. The online trial sends selected style definitions to the licensing service for conversion; it does not upload the full APRX or LYRX source file.

Trial and licensing

How does the trial work?

Each registered device can successfully convert up to three layer styles under its lifetime trial allowance. The trial is online and does not require an account. Failed conversions do not use a successful-style allowance.

How much is the licence?

The current annual price is RM50 for one registered device and 365 days. Sign in with Google in the desktop app before starting checkout.

Does it renew automatically?

No automatic renewal is configured. Start a new purchase from the app when you decide to renew.

How is payment confirmed?

Checkout is handled by ToyyibPay. The licensing service activates a licence after it verifies the payment status with the payment provider. Keep your payment reference if you need help.

Can I move a licence to another device?

A licence is linked to a registered device. Contact support for device recovery or a device change; the operator must confirm the applicable process.
